KERBY™ TERMS & CONDITIONS: THE SMALL PRINT

Read the KERBY™ Terms & Conditions covering quotations, installations, warranties, payments, website use, and customer responsibilities.

Quotations

All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment.
 

Quotations may be subject to change if:

  • Site conditions differ from those originally disclosed.

  • Additional materials or labour are required.

  • Access restrictions are identified during installation.

  • The scope of work changes at the customer’s request.
     

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Installation Services

KERBY™ installations are performed using professional installation methods and suitable fixing systems selected for the specific site requirements.
 

Installation times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions.

  • Site access limitations.

  • Ground or kerb conditions.

  • Material availability.

  • Safety considerations.
     

We reserve the right to postpone installations where conditions may affect quality, safety, or workmanship.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the installation area.

  • Advising of any known underground services or hazards.

  • Ensuring pets, vehicles, and obstacles are removed from the work area where practical.

  • Confirming property ownership or authority to approve the work.
     

Any delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed site conditions may incur additional costs.

Product Performance

KERBY™ is designed to improve vehicle access and reduce impacts associated with semi-mountable and similar kerb profiles.
 

Actual performance may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle type.

  • Vehicle suspension and ride height.

  • Tyre size.

  • Driveway geometry.

  • Approach angle.

  • Existing site conditions.
     

While KERBY™ significantly improves access in most situations, no guarantee is provided that every vehicle will achieve complete clearance in every circumstance.

Warranty

KERBY™ stands behind the quality of its workmanship and installation methods.
 

This warranty does not cover:

  • Vehicle damage caused by misuse or impact.

  • Alterations made by third parties.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Normal wear and cosmetic ageing.
     

Any warranty claim must be reported promptly with photographs and details of the issue.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A 50% deposit or full payment is due to start the installation.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of installation.

  • Ownership of supplied products remains with KERBY™ until full payment is received.

  • Late payments may incur collection costs and administration fees where permitted by law.
